Hi, I’m Ravi Meda, Director and Sole Practitioner at Healing Hands Hand Therapy. I’m a registered Occupational Therapist with over 23 years of experience, dedicated to helping people recover from hand and upper limb conditions through personalised, evidence-informed care.

I completed my Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in 2002 at Manipal University (India), followed by a Master’s in Musculoskeletal Occupational Therapy. My professional journey has taken me across both public and private settings in New South Wales and Queensland, including Armidale, Hervey Bay, Townsville, Ipswich, and currently, The Prince Charles Hospital in Brisbane, where I work as a Senior Hand Therapist.

As a sole practitioner in private practice, I personally guide your rehabilitation—offering consistent, one-on-one care tailored to your individual goals and lifestyle.

I am an Associate Member of the Australian Hand Therapy Association and a Life Member of the Indian Society for Surgery of the Hand. My approach combines current clinical evidence with practical strategies to support hand function, manage pain, and build confidence in daily tasks.
