Book your appointment today to kickstart your journey towards improved hand health.

Hand therapy is usually not covered by Medicare. However, if you have a chronic medical condition, you might qualify for a Chronic Disease Management Plan or E.P.C., which provides a Medicare rebate for up to 5 treatments annually.

To check your eligibility, consult your GP who can issue a team care plan if necessary. Make sure to request occupational therapy to be included in your plan. While there's typically a gap fee, you'll receive a Medicare rebate.

It depends on your health insurance and the level of coverage. Please contact your insurance to confirm if you have covered Occupational Therapy and custom-made splints.

During your consultation, custom-made splints, off-the-shelf splints, and other consumables are charged separately from the consultation fee.

No, you can’t use Medicare-funded plans and private health both for the same appointment.

You can pay by debit card, credit card, or cash. We currently don’t offer Afterpay, Zippay, Openpay or any BNPL platforms.

If you have health insurance you can claim your consultation fees through HICAPS, you will get an invoice for all the consumables and you can contact your insurance provider to get a refund if you have eligibility.
